The only problem...paperwork! By now this should all be online and automated; once you fill out your name, address etc that should automatically be filled in on subsequent forms...not to mention much less chance of misinterpreting someone's handwriting.

I was very impressed with how quickly everything went. I’m used to spending hours waiting in a doctor’s office & seeing the doctor for 5 minutes. In this case, I spent next to no time waiting & felt that the doctor spent an appropriate amount of time addressing my concerns & prescribing treatment

Dr. O'Neill has performed two other knee surgeries for me. He has literally been my doctor since I was 14 years old, so over 30 years. I like his bed side manner. He was thorough and to the point. His staff was nice and helpful. The only complaint I could say would be the wait time spent in the office was longer than I would like.
